Our story
Helping organizations secure their data since 2004
The path to become an international holding
- 2004Studio StortiStudio Storti is founded to offer Open Source and Data Protection solutions for Italian Public Administration. Strong specialization on Collaboration Suite makes it a primary player for Open Source in the Italian ICT market.
- 2011ZextrasGlobalization begins. The second company in the group, Zextras, is established to develop extensions for Open Source Collaboration Suite — the foundation of what later becomes Carbonio.
- 2017Zextras ServicesFirst international office. Zextras Services opens to expand the business into the French market — the start of our European footprint outside Italy.
- 2020Zextras TechnologyA dedicated commercial division is born. Zextras Technology takes on product sales and services delivery, fuelling company culture and commercial growth.
- 2021Zextras IndiaTo strengthen production and marketing in Southeast Asia, Zextras India is founded — connecting Italian engineering with global teams across continents.
- 2022Zextras GroupThe holding company is created, uniting all the realities of the group. The story so far — and the best is yet to come.
