Four levels of partner mastery

C1 · FoundationInstallation and initial configuration with Ansible. Foundation deployments up to approximately 1,000 mailboxes.
C2 · Medium-scaleOperating environments up to approximately 5,000 mailboxes — multi-node topologies, monitoring, and lifecycle operations.
C3 · Advanced & service providerMulti-tenant operations, white-label deployments, and the architecture patterns service providers run in production.
C4 · Enterprise & HAMail Replica architectures based on Kafka, distributed high availability, and the most complex enterprise topologies.

Detailed training programs, learning paths, schedules, and materials are provided to partners through dedicated channels once the Partner Agreement is in place.

What certification means

Recognition for the people customers rely on

Individual certification

Technical certifications are issued at the individual level (C1 through C4) and validate hands-on competence on real Carbonio deployments. Sales certification is offered alongside for commercial roles.

Partner certification

Each certified partner designates at least one certified technical resource and maintains a valid technical certification appropriate to the delivery scope they offer customers.
